Social mobilization and capacity building of local communities. ADI strengthens the capacity of rural communities by mobilizing vulnerable households in the development of their territories and improving their well-being. ADI focuses on developing the skills of local communities, small farmers, rural women and youth so that they can achieve sustainable results. The ADI team has more than 25 years of experience in social mobilization in rural areas.

Women-led local vegetable seeds savers network - "Dyikan muras" (farmers’ heritage) – was established in 2015 and works based on the farmers seed production approach. As of 2024 in the netwrok there are more than 700 farmers (98% of them women), 28 of them produce varietal vegetable seeds for other network members. The quality of the seeds is guaranteed by the Dyikan Muras participaory guarantee system (PGS) and the results of laboratory tests. Since 2020, more experienced seed farmers have been sharing their knowledge in agroecological farmers’ field schools. Building connections between producers and consumers promoting the products of local small farmers. The Sebet farm store was opened in 2022. In 2024 there we are working on online marketplace farm store "Sebet"
